Q: How do I create a buying intention? A: It’s very easy, all you have to do is choose what you want to buy (real estate, automobiles, boats or planes) and follow the steps detailed in our video tutorial.
Q: When do I receive offers? A: When we find an offer that could interest you because it fits your selected price, location and matching % with your buying intention. Remember that the bigger the group, the bigger the interest the sellers will have for offering their products, so increase your possibilities of receiving the best offers by sharing this innovative consumption habit within your social networks.
Q: What group do I belong to? A: As soon as you register, you will be part of the GREAT meetmebb group as well as of those with the same product, location, budget and similar preferences to the ones you have selected in your buying intention. For example, if you set a máximum Budget of 15.000€, you will be included inside the group of buyers whose maximum Budget is between 10.000€ and 17.000€.
Q: How do I make a reservation? A: Inside the product details sheet of the offer you have selected, you will see a “Reserve” button. If you click on it and follow the steps indicated what you will obtain is a “purchase option to your name” of the selected product. Once the offer term has expired and if the sales objective has been reached, you will receive an email confirming your purchase together with the seller’s contact details, so you’ll have direct contact to finalize the sale and the reservation payment will only be made effective at that moment. Q: How do I create and offer/promotion? A: First you have to contact our sales team writing to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to confirm your identity details and inform you about the process. Our team will publish the first offers/promotions to save you time and the next can be published by you directly from your vendorprofile.
Q: When is my promotion published? A: You have the final decision and you can also benefit from our teams advice.
Q: Can I modify my promotion after it has been published? A: Once your promotion is online, you won’t be able to edit it or dispose of the products offered until the set promotion term expires.
Q: How are groups defined? A: Groups are defined by product family (real estate, car, motorbike, boat or plane), location, price, preferences, but most importantly number of units offered (what will limit the maximum number or members the final buying group can have)
Q: Who can see my promotion? A: Only the users who have created a buying intention with characteristics that match your offer (product family, budget, location and preferences). However, the criteria is quite flexible and if the % of matching is high, your offers will be viewed by users who have entered a different budget, location and preferences.
Q: How do I know if someone makes a reservation? A: You will receive email alerts informing you of the reservations that have been made.
Q: What happens if someone makes a reservation but doesn’t confirm the sale? A: If this were the case, the seller would pay the reservation while you would have the chance of renewing your offer to achieve the sales objective. There’s other possible outcomes that our team would be pleased to inform you off personally via email.
Q: How do I contact the buyers who confirm the sale? A: Once the promotion term has expired, you will receive an email informing you of the final result. If the objective has been reached, you will have to confirm the sale and then we will send you the contact details of each buyer. From that moment onwards, you will be able to contact them directly to formalize the sale process following the conditions stipulated in the promotion (acquisition contract terms, financing conditions,…). The transaction is made directly between you and the buyer, without intermediaries.
